Gentlemen
This illustrious and ubiquitous phrase is one of the myriad hallmarks of the effervescent Basilica of predominant, preponderant, prestigious, pompous, prestidigitating pontifications, otherwise known as /dbs/ to the common rabble. Like many of the linguistic resources and memetic jargon that are concoted upon the threads, it holds a heavy burden of meaning and implications, and stems out of the limited boundaries of the mundane dialectics that constitute the English vernacular. In this particular case, the exclamation "Gentlemen" followed by a ellipsis, basically encourages any and all who bear witness, to Report the subject at hand. That is, to throw him to the bitch Janny hounds to get ripped to shreds by them. (that is if he's not a CHAD evader) . This is a clever tactic to avoid the Global rule 7 "Submitting false or misclassified reports, or otherwise abusing the reporting system. Replying to a thread stating that you've reported or "saged" it, or another post, is also not allowed.". Upon which you may succumb to a petty warning or a ban if you state that you're reporting someone, or even encouraging people to report someone, like a lot of newfags keep realizing it the hard way. The original phrase used to be longer. Specifically "You know what to do, gentlemen". And has since been abbreviated with an ellipsis for accessibility. Furthermore, synonyms such as "G-Squad..." or simply "G" (verb) have become popular.
