Risu is an Argentinian artist from the Tournament of Power era known for making MS paint memes. Some have disputed if Risu still actively posts, but Risu has absolutely been confirmed to be involved in the Wiki as a contributing artist. Risu made an arrangement to continually host Jiren OC threads on the Booru, and has appeared very often in the threads posting the traditional MS paint comics in the time since the inception of the Wiki. Risu was also responsible for inducting LordParagon to the Wiki, and created lots of OC bashing on him. After StartCHAD was revealed to be Argentinian on X, there is a VERY likely possibility that they are actually the same person.
